The terms self-care and self-love often get used interchangeably but they don’t mean the same thing. Self-love is putting yourself first no matter what. Self-love is every decision that you make a decision of love for yourself. When you are practising self-love every day you will never need to worry about the food you eat, whether something is good for you or not. You never need to worry about anything when you take action from a place of love.
