These are gluten free and sugar free but still pack a flavoursome punch! Yum.
200gm dark chocolate or cacao wafers
200gm pitted dates
1/2 tspn baking powder
55gm coconut oil
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla paste
PREPARATION
- Preheat over to 160degC
- Add chocolate and baking powder to food processor bowl, grate for 5 seconds (speed 8)
- Add dates to bowl and mix for 5 seconds (speed 6)
- Add eggs, vanilla and oil and mix for 20 seconds (speed 7). Check consistency and repeat if necessary
- Pour into lined square pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until set. Don’t overco
- Ok, it should be soft in the middle
- Allow to cool, dust with icing sugar. Keep in fridge (if it lasts that long)
