This is one of my favourite treats not just because it tastes so yummy but because it only takes about 5 minutes to make. The longest part of this recipe is the time you have to wait while it sets in the freezer.
Ingredients
¼ cup raw honey
¼ cup Changing Habits Coconut Oil
¼ cup nut butter of your choice eg peanut, macadamia, almond, cashew etc
A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
½ – 1 tspn vanilla essence or powder
1 tspn Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
Optional Add ins – ginger powder, freshly grated ginger, food grade orange essential oil, 2 – 6 Changing Habits Cacao Melts
Steps
1 – line a small square container with baking paper
2 – Melt all the ingredients together in a small saucepan over a low heat
3 – Combine everything evenly
4 – Pour into prepared container and place in the freezer to set
5 – Wait 30-40 minutes for it to set (this is the hardest part)
6 – Remove from freezer and slices into small squares
7 – Enjoy!!! Store any leftovers in the freezer
