1.5 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
¼ cup protein powder (I used Inca Inchi powder which you can purchase here)
1.5 tblspn coconut nectar/maple syrup
½ cup melted coconut oil
Line a small tray
In the food processor, process oats until crumbled. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until well combined. Press mixture in the tray and set in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Slice into bars and store in freezer for quick and healthy snack.
