When you make your payment you are committing and agreeing to the following Coaching Terms and Conditions:
I agree
- to be coached for the term of the embrace program
- to be open about my life, my health and any challenges I might have
- to provide honest feedback if the coaching strategy is not working
I give my embrace Coach and Angela Counsel from embrace Menopause permission to:
- Challenge me with powerful questions
- Hold me accountable to my goals and action plans
- Ask me questions which might make me think about myself
- Speak to me in an honest and straightforward manner
I agree to attend and participate in the live weekly Coaching and Q&A calls and if I can't make any of the live calls I will watch the recording as soon as possible.
I agree to make the time to consume the weekly resources.
My payments will be made by the due date each week and should my credit card company decline any payments I will contact Angela Counsel from embrace Menopause immediately to rectify the situation.
The Services that are provided by embrace Menopause and the embrace Team are Online Group Coaching and have been designed based on the information that I have provided to suit my needs. Coaching is not medical advice, therapy or counselling and may address various areas of my life including personal, health & wellbeing, relationships etc. Other coaching services will also be provided in the form of brainstorming, goal setting, action plans and group support.
I understand that I will be provided with some materials/templates during the embrace Program, these resources are for my use only and cannot be shared with anyone else outside of the embrace Program.
I understand that there is a 14 Day Money Back* Guarantee period from the date that I make this payment. No claims can be made after the 14 days have passed, regardless of whether I continue with the program or not.
This agreement becomes binding upon payment of $500 initial payment for the embrace Program.
