In this episode of Healthy, Wealthy and Wise we meet the amazing Dr Linda Wilson! With a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she is now a stress management specialist with her own clinic and weekly radio show.
One particular interest of Dr Wilson’s is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which uses specific energy meridian points in the body to change our emotions and ways of thinking.
Interestingly, she believes that only using positive affirmations along with physical tapping can be suppressive. Instead, a negative statement of the current situation is used first, and then matched with a positive statement to “collapse” it.
